Is it possible to find good horses for sale under 100? Ten years ago the answer might have been no, although there have been famous exceptions. Boarding stables that are selling horses for unpaid fees might settle for what they can get, and they will know quite a bit about the horses that have been in their care. People advertising nice horses for sale might be so anxious to get their horse in a good situation that they will bring the price down to even this low level.
