Training For Puppies
Canines need education and social skills if you want them to mind and trust you therefore they do not cause trouble. Behavior training training for dogs is really necessary if you want to avoid having serious trouble with your pet in the near future. However, if you give your puppy proper training, you'll soon have a real friend and faithful companion.
Dog training may involve several methods. You should pick the ones that both you and your pet feel comfortable with; if one of them doesn't seem to work, it doesn't mean that the others can't be very effective. Each dog has its own personality and temperament and some training methods might not be suitable for all breeds.
A great way to educate a pet is with a clicker and it is very widely used to get them to listen to what you want them to do. The basic principle of this type of dog training is positive encouragement, just that the actual incentive is replaced by the sound of the clicker (a metal object that creates a certain noise when you press it).
Whatever training method you may choose, you must never ever use cruelty when training your dog. This doesn't mean you shouldn't be firm and show them who's the master. Some dogs are harder to train than others, but this is in no way their own fault, so a person should be patient with your pet and take things slowly if it's necessary. However, if you don't appear to be getting anywhere, it's probably much better to take your dog to an expert who offers training for dogs in your area.
The training process should help the owner and the dog develop a strong relationship. They should learn to communicate to one another and make their intentions known. That's why every dog owner and animal lover understands the importance of training for dogs. -->
